  6. This is not free software. This license allows you to use this software 
  7. for evaluation purposes without charge for a period of 20 days.  If you 
  8. use this  software after the 20 day evaluation period a registration fee 
  9. is required.  Please, print and mail this form or use the online service.

  19.  answered at these numbers because this is an independent service that takes
  20.  credit cards orders. The author of Winmenu can not be contacted at these 
  21.  numbers.  When ordering, please indicate the number of users license desired,
  22.  the item number of Winmenu and the price. The item number for Winmenu for 
  23.  Networks is #11255. You MUST provide the name as it shows in the credit 
  24.  card and the billing address for the card. You can order with MC, VISA,

  31.  regular US mail.  Please, indicate your CIS or INTERNET mail address to the
  32.  operator for faster delivery.  You may also send an email message directly
  33.  to the author ( see addresses below) to supply your email address.

  35. CHARGE IT TO YOUR COMPUSERVE ACCOUNT
  36.  You may also charge it to your compuserve account. Just GO SWREG and  
  37.  enter the registration id# shown below that corresponds to the number of 
  38.  users you wish to register.  You will receive your registration number back 
  39.  via Compuserve e-mail in ~48 hours.

  54.   The license is offered per company site.  A company site is defined as 
  55. a building, office compound or other company structure where all its  
  56. office components are not separated by more than 1 mile.  Anything
  57. else requires a separate license. Please, specify the number of users.
  58. You may have as many LANs installed and only pay one low license fee 
  59. per company site.
